Working with Eli was very easy. I had my vehicle inspected, quote delivered and repair organized for 3 days later within 20 minutes of arriving. He even notified me that I could have my vehicle repaired next day if I had been available. He made the process incredibly streamlined for me. I did have a slight qualm with the woman/women I spoke with for updates. I was out of town and called in to verify my car was being worked on, and a woman told me that it was completed and it was in the wash. When I came home 3 days later I called to verify it was ready for pickup and I was told it was in the wash and they would text me when it was ready. I texted to notify her I was waiting on the pickup message to come by before they closed for the day, in which case she told me it was just pulled around and was ready for pickup. When I arrived, they still had to pull it around from the gated area for me. Minor detail that didn’t truly inconvenience me, I just hope this review gives her/them the courage to give genuine updates to customers. We know that our car is not the only one being worked on and we naturally expect that it will take time. Be honest about what the status is so it doesn’t open

They did a great job. My vehicle looks like new. The employees were very helpful and friendly. They answered all my questions.

While I appreciate the hospitality of the staff, it’s a big inconvenience to have to be in a rental for 30 days for minor body work repair. They also left the old parts in my trunk, which I took back to them to dispose of properly. Overall they did a great job on my truck. If you’re not in a rush and don’t mind waiting a long time for your vehicle to be repaired then I would recommend them.

This is our second time trusting them with our vehicles, and once again they delivered outstanding results. A few years ago, they did a top-notch job on our Mercedes-Benz GLC 300, and more recently they helped after I had an accident with my 2005 GMC Safari. David was extremely knowledgeable, especially when it came to cargo vans. Even though mine is an older vehicle, he was confident and never discouraged about getting it back in shape. Since it’s my mobile detailing unit, I needed it back on the road as soon as possible, and they understood that urgency. Eli, one of the managers, along with the rest of the team, stayed on top of everything throughout the entire process. Their communication was clear, consistent, and professional every step of the way. Highly recommend this place.

My experience was so amazing. First, Eli made sure I was at ease. He took the exact pictures needed to filed the claim, and get this ordered me an Uber on them to get home until my rental became available. Traci made sure I had clear communication on the insurance transactions and progress of my car. Honestly, the whole team were friendly and very helpful. I definitely recommend this Fineline Auto Body if you want superior body work, knowledgeable staff, and a smooth experience. Thank u Eli and The Team!!🥰
